XtendLan

This HPNA (HomePNA3.1 over Coax) to Ethernet bridge connects any Ethernet device to a high speed access network or to a LAN for Internet access. This bridge brings you the newest Ethernet compatible technology that uses the coaxial cable as the network's physical wiring thereby eliminating the need to install new wiring. It is designed to operate over the coaxial cable installed in a building. This bridge allows you to connect PCs and Ethernet enabled devices, such as STB and VoIP gateway, to a LAN by simply plugging into the existing coaxial FType connector.

It is possible to connect HPNA directly between television and CATV port. When it is used anti-interference filter with high attenuation you should replace it by both-side port. Maximal distance between 2 HPNA is 1500m with cable RG59 (up to 3000m with higher profile cable).

Practical speed test: 100Mbps in one way, in full duplex 73Mbps download + 60Mbps upload at the same. If there are more HPNAs on the same circuit transmission band is distributed equally.
